Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING OPTIONS
MAINLAND UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND
We will normally dispatch your order the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm. UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is free of charge.
JERSEY DELIVERY
A next day hand delivery service to any local address is offered free of charge.
REMAINDER OF CHANNEL ISLANDS
We will use Jersey Post next day delivery to the remainder of the Channel Islands. Deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
All orders will arrive in beautiful Hettich jewellery or watch boxes gift wrapped inside a plain packing delivery box with no mention of Hettich on the outside.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship to mainland UK addresses.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will exchange the item, or issue a full refund for the price you paid. You will be responsible for arranging the safe return of the item, which must arrive in its original condition within 14 days. Once received, we will refund the shipping costs.

Mainland UK returns will be collected within 48 hours and someone must be at your address between 9am and 5pm on the day of collection.
Jersey returns can be brought into the store or please contact us to arrange collection.

TAX CHARGES
The prices on our website are Jersey retail prices including GST at 5%, for orders shipped to mainland UK a rate of 20% VAT will be applied and GST at 5% will be removed when items are added to the basket. GST will be removed for deliveries to the rest of the Channel Islands. We are currently unable to ship anywhere else.
RESIZING AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your item needs resizing, delivery will be up to 7 working days from completing the order. If we need to create a new piece of Jewellery for you delivery times will vary, however please allow a delay of 3-6 weeks. Our sales team will be in touch with an estimated delivery time.

All prices include 5% Goods & Service Tax for Jersey based sales or Deliveries.
If you are not Jersey based and collecting an item from the store you are eligible to claim back our 5% Sales tax using the GST refund scheme.
