Lariat necklace with carefully selected heart-cut topazes and small 18ct yellow gold nuggets, finely hand-engraved using the ancient Florentine technique. A special lever clasp, featuring a brilliant-cut diamond pavé, 0.084ct, makes it possible to change the necklace’s length.
