11 November 2015 - Workshop upgrade

We're used to keeping our customers' timepieces updated but this month it was our workshop's turn to get an update. 

If you're a Hettich regular, you'll know that our workshop is a hive of activity, from regular servicing and watch maintenance to extensive watch and jewellery repairs and cleaning. It's vital for us that our equipment matches our expertise, so last month we made a significant investment in our workshop, upgrading our equipment and technology to ensure we continue to deliver the outstanding quality our customers expect. 

The work has meant that our workshop has been out of action for a few weeks, so we'd like to apologise to our customers if some of their repairs have taken a little longer than usual, but the results will be worth the wait!

We look forward to revealing our new workshop, fitted with the latest technology and machinery when it comes to watch repairs and servicing. Quality of service is something we prize and always want to ensure our customers receive. It's part of our ongoing commitment to always deliver consistently high quality experiences, whether you're a new customer or you've been part of the Hettich family for decades.
