- Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-paced, high-end retail setting.
- Passion for luxury watches and jewellery, ideally with previous experience in this area.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling customer information.
