What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the perfect timepiece or jewellery.
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the unique features and craftsmanship of our watches and jewellery.
- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing display of products.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Attend exclusive brand training sessions in London, Switzerland and online.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations
Who you are:
- Have previous experience in retail sales, particularly in watches and jewellery although not mandatory, or come from a sales or hospitality background.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have attention to detail, and a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
