Hiring - Host

• Welcome and greet customers with a warm and professional demeanour, creating an inviting atmosphere. 
• Assist customers in navigating our collections and the shop layout, offering guidance and information.
• Offer and present a selection of refreshments for customers whilst they wait or browse our collections 
• Coordinating with our sales associates to ensure seamless customer experiences, making appointments for personal consultations and viewings. 
• Manage some incoming calls and inquiries, providing information about our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Support our security in their day-to-day role.

• Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-paced, high-end retail setting.
• Passion for luxury watches and jewellery
• Discretion and professionalism when handling customer information.
• Have correct permissions to work in Jersey (or contact us to find out more)
